the hotel offered flexible check-in, which i found very helpful. i stayed in a junior suite, and it was thoroughly cleaned daily (i also received towel art!). the strategic location provided convenient access to daily trips, about 20 minutes from the airport.

the pool area music was loud. (earplugs might be useful if you are sensitive.)

My stay included access to many activities. i took part in the animation program, and it had new shows each evening. i liked the belly dance and aqua aerobics very much. i was pleased the staff was sweet and hospitable. They worked hard to.

the main buffet's food did not change much. it had a canteen feel about it, i think. meal times were loud, also busy.

The staff were fabulous here. Room 1211 was kept clean. The team in the lobby bar gave great service. I appreciate Mohammed Atef, the attentive waiter. Front of house staff, chefs, and cleaners are great assets. I am grateful for Mohamed Gouda who helped with our requests.

The alcohol tasted off. I believe this alcohol in egypt is barely drinkable. Christmas music played all day and was annoying. I found the food was quantity over quality. Options were plentiful but not very nice.

i found the snorkeling area at the beach very special. it had amazing underwater views that were lovely. mostafa from housekeeping kept our room super clean. the all-inclusive food and drink policy satisfied me. it offered meals and snacks from morning to night.

The bar and restaurant staff did not speak english well. drinks were mediocre. They did not feel like they had much alcohol. cups were not cleaned well. i saw leftover stuff from earlier use many times.
